In many parts of South and Central America, menstruation and periods are still considered taboo topics. As a result, many girls lack proper education and preparation for this natural part of life. To address this gap, Dorival launched an awareness campaign featuring the role models of young girls everywhere—fairytale princesses—to normalize periods before the stigma had a chance to start.

We reimagined iconic princesses for the modern age, launching with a series of high-impact videos that captured attention and sparked conversation. We then introduced an online platform that addressed the most common questions surrounding menstruation. To deepen engagement, we created an interactive portal where young girls could connect directly with these princesses, helping them understand that menstruation is a natural and empowering part of girlhood.
